At Solace, we think there’s a better way. It is in that spirit that we’ve partnered with Carbonfund.org Foundation. Carbonfund.org supports three different types of carbon offset projects: renewable energy, forestry and energy efficiency. By funding these projects, organizations and individuals can reduce their impact on the environment and fight climate change.

We are very proud of the fact that every Solace cremation is carbon neutral at no additional expense to the families we serve. This purchase is an important step in Solace’s sustainability path.

Our Commitment

Cremation is better for the environment than traditional burial but still has a carbon footprint. We decided early on to do the right thing with the voluntary purchase of carbon offsets.

The Cost

We do not pass the cost of the carbon offsets to our customers. Our inclusive price of $995 includes our commitment to making our cremations carbon neutral and doing our part to fight global warming.

How it Works
