Eric Robert Neudorfer
Eric Robert Neudorfer, of San Diego, California, passed away on September 9, 2022 in San Diego, California. Eric Robert was born in Marin County, California, to Robin Suzanne Crouch and Jerry Neudorfer on February 27, 1989. Eric Robert attended Coolidge Elementary School and San Marino High School. He received a scholarship for Graphic Design through the Regional Occupational Program (ROP). Eric was involved in AYSO Soccer, SMHS Varsity Waterpolo, Boy Scouts of America, and Young Life. He enjoyed photography, playing the guitar, cooking, and spending time with close friends.
He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Data Systems Technician from 2009-2013 and was awarded the the Expert Rifle Qualification Badge, the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Certificate of Appreciation, and the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal.
After leaving the military, he worked at Balboa Travel Management – System and Network Administrator, 2013-2015; Versa Computing Inc. – System Engineer, 2015-2016; BOFI Bank of the Internet- Senior System Engineer 2016-2017; CentrexIT – Escalation Engineer, 2017-2018, and currently he was employed at FICO, 2018-Present, as a Lead Converged Infrastructure Engineer.
Eric Robert will be remembered for being one of the most selfless humans in his personal relationships. He boosted many people when they needed it most and was solely responsible for more smiles and laughter in a room than any single person. He was always and forever accepting and open to everyone and their individual human experiences.
Eric Robert is survived by his mother, Robin Suzanne Crouch and Daniel Lastra Perez; his father, Jerry Neudorfer and Randi Goldman; his brother David and Anisha Vasandani and his sister Rebecca Neudorfer, his aunts and uncles, Ted and Linda Makranczy, Marti Barber, Nancy Morris, Stephen and Pat Crouch.
A Celebration of Life was held on September 27, 2022 at a private location.
