Requesting our services is very easy and takes less than five minutes online. There are only a few key pieces of information needed to request our services.
- Name of your loved one
- Address of their current location
- Your name, relationship to your loved one and your contact information (phone and email)
- Estimated weight of loved one (needed to assist our team at time of taking your loved one into our care)
