Beverly (Angelo) Paries
Beverly (Angelo) Paries, aged 82, passed away peacefully in her home on March 31, 2023. She is survived by her children, Michele (Bret) Pinson, Jeff Paries, and Kimberly Miller; seven grandchildren, Brittany (Johnny) Taylor, Cody (Breanna) Cochran, Brandon (Kacy) Cochran, Michael Miller, Katie Miller, Nick Paries and Ashley Miller; nine great-grandchildren, Corey, Caleb, Emma, Chelsea, Brayden, Anna, Eli, John and sibling due October of 2023; and her brother, retired Chicago Police Officer, Thomas Angelo and his ladyfriend Pat Coy.
Beverly lived as she loved; with grace, poise and class. She enjoyed a successful marriage of 45 years with husband Ralph, who preceded her in death in 2010. In her youth, Beverly enjoyed ice skating, roller skating, and bowling – staking claim to a high game of 200. Known for being feisty and full of spice, she once presented her brother with what he thought was a hand-me-down gift of roller skates, which turned out to be an empty box when she decided she was not done with the skates yet and kept them for herself.
Her Italian heritage meant everything to her, and was especially evident in her cooking. There wasn’t an Italian meal she couldn’t cook and was known for her Christmas cookies, roast beef, and world-class meatballs. Beverly enjoyed crocheting, and watching NCIS, true crime, and Midsomer Murders on TV. She was much loved and will be truly missed by her family and all those who knew her.
There are no immediate plans for a service. Beverly and Ralph’s ashes will scattered into the Pacific Ocean at a later date.
